1. Service Guarantee We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service completion.
2. Refund Eligibility

Services Not Performed: If you cancel a service appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.

Unsuccessful Service: If we are unable to resolve the specific issue agreed upon in the scope of work (e.g., we cannot remove a specific virus), a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Completed Services: Refunds are generally not issued for labor/time once the service has been successfully completed and verified by the customer.
3. Digital Products For any downloadable software or digital guides sold, no refunds are available once the download link has been accessed, unless the file is defective.
